The staff were polite and kind, gave us great tips. Incredible and sensational breakfast, we appreciated eggs, fruit and bangers.

Fairly clean, perfect location, fabulous staff. Fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon and bangers were served for breakfast. And it also had particularly nice view.

Best possible location, excellent service and savoury breakfast. The standard double room we had was cosy. Excellent views out over city. Had quick check-in experience and the staff was very attentive.

Convenient location, spacious beds and accommodating staff. Room was large and enjoyable, it had a functional decor. You could walk to shops and the markets. And also it was just a walk down to Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption. Friendly reception. For sure, free wifi worked well in all rooms...

clean and picture perfect place. marvellous view, a large balcony, comfy bed, too. the stuff did all they can for a pleasant stay. there where the shops and a market around the hotel.

We loved our stay in Albergaria Catedral. Magnificent views across the city. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient. The location is superb, a 5-minute walk from a bus station.

The entire experience was GOOD. The employees were useful.

The breakfast had plenty of food and it was nice. Reasonable base for city trip in Funchal.
